Besides competitive landscape analyses, stakeholder ecosystem, user research, and trends, I am working on developing the structure and flow of digital solutions for shopping experience, AI interfacing, loyalty membership program and so on. I’ve worked in different industries including retail, pharmacy, game and e-commerce.
